On August 11, 2014 Rockwell Construction broke ground on the new Fil-Tec, Inc. Manufacturing Facility to be located in Zullinger, PA.  This design-build project consists of a 45,500sf Pre-Engineered Metal Building which will house Fil-Tec, Inc.’s operations in Pennsylvania.  The project is scheduled to be completed by end of February 2015.
