Overview

The Fil-Tec Inc., facility in Zullinger, PA consisted of new construction of a 45,500 sq.ft. Pre-Engineered Metal Building and associated site construction.  The facility houses Fil-Tec’s Proprietary Manufacturing operations as well as warehouse and shipping space.  The building includes approx.. 200 lf of recessed concrete trenching with flush steel plate covers, a 3-ton overhead bridge crane tied into the metal building structure and complete MEP Systems.  Interior spaces include Mens and Womens Restrooms, IT Room, Employee Break Room, Boiler Room, Dye Lab and Mechanical Rooms.  The project was completed under a General Contractor/Design Build scenario with Rockwell Construction Co., Inc. providing turnkey operation.
